May be ovulation: When ovulation occurs, usually day 14 of a 28 day cycle, an egg is released from the ovary. That area in the ovary can leak fluid or bleed, causing cramping due to irritation of the abdominal lining. This is called mittelschmertz or middle pain. It should resolve. If not, see your dr.
