Why do my jaws ache with a pulsing feeling sometimes after eating/drinking? it doesn't hurt but it creates a pulsing feeling around my jaw and cheeks.

Probably referred se: This most likely represents a swallowing sensation from the neck signaling the brain. But the brain is not able to precisely interpret the information and since the throat, upper neck and jaw are related the same in development, then the signal is referred to the jaw.
