Hemangioma liver: If asymptomatic, hepatic angiomas can be observed at this size with serial ultrasound. Large symptomatic lesions can be treated with resection, RF ablation or angioembolization of feeder vessels where appropriate. You should be assessed by a hepatic surgeon. Pregnant patients and women on hormonal therapy need to be followed carefully with imaging studies.

Hemangioma: Is the most common incidental liver lesion found on imaging. It is benign. The vast majority are asymptomartic and require no treatment and no follow up other than perhaps serial imaging to confirm stability. We literally see these every day.Talk to your doctor about what follow up you might need. The size of your hemangioma suggests that therapeutic intervention would likely not be needed.
