Call your surgeon: You need to call your physician who did the surgery. There are analgesics and anesthetics that can be offered.

Sitz Baths: Take Miralax (polyethylene glycol) and DSS to soften stools. Fill bathtub 1/3 with Warm (Sitz Bath) Water and this should relax rectal sphincters, One can even evacuate in tub then shower afterward if you still can't go on commode. repeat when you have spasms. May be able to rent Sitz at Medical Supply store
