Conjunctivitis?: Viral conjonctivitis can cause redness and crusting in both eyes without pain or loss of vision. It is very common and it heals on its own. Sometimes patients can take antibiotic drops if there was a suspicion of bacterial conjunctivitis. It is contagious and the best way to prevent spread is to wash hands and avoid contact with other individuals.

Yes: It sounds like conjunctivitis. Be checked. Bathe your eyes frequently in the shower and obtain antibiotics for your eyes if indicated. All the best.
