NO!: Surely there is one or more doctors caring for your mother and they should be discussing this with you. If that is not happening you must contact an ambulance to get Mother to the nearest Emergency Facility!! This is no doubt a big issue for you. The Emergency team will not ignore you but will do what they can for you.
