Neck lump: Hello~ it depends where the lump is and how big is it. If its on either side of the windpipe, its probably the thyoid. If is under the jaw, its probably a lymph or salivary gland. In far lateral neck probably a small sebaceous cyst. The only way to be certain is to let your doc check it .thanks
