Repeat the test: repeat CBC. One low platelet count does not indicate anything. Sometimes low platelets is related to pregnancy but it usually occurs later in pregnancy, not this early. Consult your OB. For peace of mind, you usually won't have any serious bleeding problem or need any treatment as long as your number is above 70. You do want to find out why your count is low though.
