Try mild exercise: You need to begin mild exercise, walking at a comfortable pace, outside or on a treadmill. Try walking with a friend outside on a sunny day. Your BMI is 35.4, which is unhealthy. Begin with 15 min., then gradually work up to 30 min. at least 3x/wk. This will help you lose weight gradually, and will also help with your depression and panic attacks. Talk with your doctor about the DASH diet.
