Paresthesias usually arise from nerve damage due to infection, inflammation trauma or other abnormal processes. Symptom of a disease. Take him to be evaluated ASAP!

Can an MRI tell if you have myelopathy or radiculopathy since it is only pictures? Aren't these determined by symptoms? I'm hyperreflexive one knee, unstable gait, tingling arm/hand, shoulder/back pain. Dr said mild myelopathy but MRI report says no?
