Bad or not: Most likely you are sensing a PVC, an early contraction of your heart that is common and NOT dangerous. Just be sure you don't have any swelling in that area that could indicate an aneurysm which is life threatening. Probably worth a quick doctor visit at some point. For your age, unlikely anything bad though.
