Difficult to Say: It is difficult to be certain about what you may be feeling and seeing. These could be entirely normal in a thin individual or could represent significant problems with the aorta. I recommend you establish with a health care professional who can examine you and determine the source of your concern.

May be normal: In your stomach is the aorta and one can feel that pulse when teh hear beats. It is easier to feel if you are thin. You did not mention your age and if you are older, if you smoke, if you vascular disease this can be a problem. You need to clarify with your physican.
