NO: What is on your chest? Acne? There are effective treatments for acne. You are using benzoyl peroxide and doxycycline. I doubt that you have rosacea. Aloe and butter will not help you. If your present treatment is not effective you can change. Spironolactone will probably work well. If not you can rescue from acne with isotretinoin. See a dermatologist.
