Didn't wear my retainer for 1 year, two teeth have shifted very slightly to be overlapping behind the front teeth. how can i fix this? is this bad?

Short term ortho: You can have short term orth again to correct the issue. Truly it's not a huge issue but if you are concerned by it I would have it looked at. No worries

Orthodontics: You must return to your orthodontist to move the teeth back into position. If you dont wear the retainer it is likely that teeth will move back towards there original position. Is it bad? Probably not, but you can make that determination.

What a shame: If front teeth are overlapping it means back teeth have destabilized and drifted forward. You need to see a fully qualified Orthodontic Specialist, and the sooner the better. Please see someone who does Orthodontic treatment as their passion, not someone who does it as a hobby. And go now.
