Sugar riases: the risk of blood sugar fluctuations and mood swings. It's best to avoid it all the time, even during PMS time. A good replacement is a natural root product called Stevia. It is very sweet; you only need a little. Peace and good health.

Yes: It can happen. Avoid excessive sugar and low quality carbohydrate intake. Don’t add extra salt to your food and avoid processed foods containing extra salt. Reduce caffeine and alcohol use. Stay physically active.
