The definition of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a combination of physical & emotional symptoms recurring regularly 2 weeks before menses. Nausea is a symptom. If you’re already nauseous, being in the car may just be exacerbating it. PMS is treatable with a combination of medical & alternative treatments. Please speak with your PCP.
