Sometimes..: an extremely large penis can "bump" against the cervix causing slight cramping and occasionally light spotting. The IUD is inserted into your uterus and cannot be dislodged from deep penetration with a extremely large penis. Hint: Try changing positions, so that you can control depth of penetration ( female on top or side to side etc.
