Sleep hygiene: Check the National Sleep Foundation website for more tips on good sleep hygiene: https://sleepfoundation.org. Avoid caffeine after noon, and avoid alcohol in the evening. Set regular sleep/wake times and stick to them. No screen time 1 hr prior to bedtime. No screens in the bedroom. Dark, quiet room. Get pets to sleep elsewhere. Shower before bed to raise body temp. Exercise early in the day.
