Flexibility: This is not something that you can easily change. To truly become more flexible takes persistence over months/years of daily practice (think about gymnasts or yoga instructors). Phys Therapy is usually reserved for medical problems, not just for increasing flexibility, unless it is the result of an injury. If it interferes with a sport, you could see a Sports Medicine specialist. Or try yoga.

You should visit a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician who can evaluate you and write a physical therapy prescription to evaluate and treat your knee. Depending on your history, an orthopaedic surgery consultation would be indicated if a manipulation under anesthesia would benefit
