Skin question: Could it be acne perhaps? Acne blemishes can hurt when pressed, but resolve in a couple weeks. Then you get more in other places. Some folks get large "cystic" acne, which can be painful and difficult to control without prescription medications. Ask your doctor for help if you keep getting these.
