Multiple things : Firstly maintain good mental health that is good relationships withboth family and friends. Secondly good sleep hygiene. Reduce chronic worrying if you do. Healthy diet with no simple sugars and less fat and eat smaller meals 3 to 5 times a day. Exercise 4 to 5 times a week starting gradually and increasing steadily as tolerated and enjoy life nature and it's beauty
