STD? PID?: There are many causes of abnormal vaginal discharge, but STDs are high on the list; and some STDs, especially gonorrhea and chlamydia, cause pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, Fallopian tube infection), which bring pain the the lower abdomen. You need to see a doctor ASAP. Good luck.
