Possible, not likely: Swollen foot with or without pain is one of the common side effects of Norvasc (amlodipine). Other possible causes of foot pain should be eliminated to determine that Norvasc (amlodipine) is the primary cause of the pain. You should check with your prescriber if foot pain occurs while taking Norvasc (amlodipine).
