Not common to have: severe foot pain. Norvasc (amlodipine) can cause these side effects thoughDizziness, lightheadedness, swelling ankles/feet, nausea, abdominal/stomach pain, or flushing may occur. Please talk with your doctor if the pain does not go away. Your doctor may check for gout or tendon problems. Best wishes.

Other possible causes of foot pain should be eliminated to determine that Norvasc (amlodipine) is the primary cause of the pain. You should check with your prescriber if foot pain occurs while taking Norvasc (amlodipine).
