Get an exam quickly: It's not really normal to still be having cough fits and such pains. I suggest you go to your prescribing doctors office or an emergency medical clinic center as soon as possible for a follow-up. You may need a chest X-ray to rule out pneumonia and cultures to determine possible antibiotic resistance.
