Maybe prostate issue: Any difficulties urinating as well? You should see a urologist to further evaluate. Your prostate might be enlarged

Less prostate sec: As we grow older , the prostate gland loses its glandular cells and fibrous tissue takes its place. So less prostatic secretions and that is the most important component of your seminal fluid and therefore your seminal fluid volume starts to decrease!you are not a 20 year old forever!!!
