Timing matters: The recommended waiting period for the 2nd & 3rd dose is based on the results of research studies during the development of the vaccine. Patients that wait the recommended 30 days get an effective response & thus the best benefit of the vaccine.Taking it early might weaken both the benefit of both 2nd and 3rd dose. It is not like taking the 2nd dose immediately makes you immune to all risk

Not Recommended: The manufacturers recommend a 4 week minimum interval between the first and the second dose to be sure that your immune system respond adequately. Discuss further with your doctor if you feel you must get the second dose sooner. Take care.
