For the last two mornings, when i wake up and turn my head the room ends up spinning. i have never had issues with that. when i got up i was even stumbling a bit. what could cause the sudden change? no ear problems.

See your MD: There are many causes of vertigo from benign positional vertigo to vestibular neuronitis ,hypertension or cerebellar issues If it persists you must see your MD for a check up
