Not likely: Most likely AC joint arthritis from a prior separation. Next, a cuff tear- supraspinatus. Next, an impingement syndrome if you have a type III acromion. Less likely, a SLAP lesion of the capsule. Rarely, a bone cyst. Almost never anything worse.
