Soulder pain: Shoulder pain is common and over time the shoulder can loosen and sublux. This can cause pain to a degree where you can not move the shoulder. Unlikely to completely dislocate without trauma or fall. Shoulder pain can also come on from bursitis , tendinitis or problems with your rotator cuff. See your provider. Especially if you can not move your arm.
