My nipples are little big and soft and if i squeeze them they shrink like if i got the chills.after they grow back.could this be gyno or a fat tissue?

Sounds normal.: Even for boys, nipples react to touch and temperature. Stimulating nipple tissue causes the smooth muscle fibers to contract, shrinking the skin. When the stimulus wears off, the tissue relaxes again and expands. If you are in the early phases of puberty, you may have some extra glandular tissue behind the nipple, but that will resolve. Being overweight will increase the size of the nipples also.
