Sounds normal.: Even for boys, nipples react to touch and temperature. Stimulating nipple tissue causes the smooth muscle fibers to contract, shrinking the skin. When the stimulus wears off, the tissue relaxes again and expands. If you are in the early phases of puberty, you may have some extra glandular tissue behind the nipple, but that will resolve. Being overweight will increase the size of the nipples also.
