Yes but . . .: Both alcohol and pseudoephedrine will alter perception. Most of us are intentionally altering our consciousness with alcohol but may not believe the pseudoephedrine will also change our awareness. Nevertheless, since pseudoephedrine is a stimulant, it will have some effect. Bottom line: There is no physical interaction between the two but the combination could alter one's behavior.
