No risk for most STI: STIs can't appear in a relationship unless sex with someone else. If it is true that neither you nor your partner ever has had sex with anyone else, there is no risk for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, trichomonas, or herpes due to HSV2. There are occasional exceptions, e.g. oral HSV1 transferred to genital area, or infections from blood exposure (HIV, hepatitis) and then transmitted by sex.
