Ear fluid?: A 26 year old with pressure in ear, nausea and feeling of unsteadiness. This could all be related to a virus. It could also be related to fluid in the middle ear which tends to cause the feeling of pressure in addition to balance problems. This sensation should go away within a few days. If it lasts longer, you should be seen by a health care provider.
