Salivary duct: Likely a blocked or irritated salivary duct. If it worsens around mealtime then probably this. Best to see your Dentist for examination. White patches are always a concern and can be cancerous, so best to get it checked. Warm salt water soaks to sooth the area and possibly help release any blockage may help. Good Luck. Make the appt.
