Hi. i just noticed some grey spots on my 3 1/2 year old daughter's white of the eye- and only on one eye. she is 1/4 black and 3/4 caucasian.

Most are not serious: Most of the dark spots noticed on the white part of the eye are due to the same thing that causes freckles or darker spots on the skin. There are rarer occasions where these could be due to more serious conditions and so it would be good to have your child's doctor look at them at the next visit and if they change in size or color suddenly then referral to an eye doctor
