Is it normal to feel my uterus lower than it was before? i'm 30 weeks pregnant

Uterus or cervix?: It is too early for the uterus to have abdominally "dropped" into the pelvis. However, if you are checking the cervix intra-vaginally then it is possible to perceive that the cervix is more prevalent at 30 weeks gestation.
