Hello doctor, my us scrotum and testicles exam showed epididymis cyst 0.4 cm on both left and right sides. can it be a cause of infertility?

Benign cysts: An epididymal cyst is fluid-filled sac which grows at the top end of the testicle in the long, tightly coiled tube called epididymis. Cysts are benign (ie not caused by cancer). Usually in head of epididymis , may be one, bilateral, or multiple. Larger ones can be removed by a surgeon, especially if painful. Epididymal cysts usually not associated with infertility.

Hello Doctor, I have an operation of orchiopexy on right sided testicle (to resolve testicular torsion), But my left testicle is dead, shrunken due to testicular torsion happend 3 years ago, is it okay to leave dead testicle in your scrotum?
I seems that every time I have a physical exam, my testicles pull up tight in my scrotum so the doctor cannot really examine them well. They usually hang down low at other times. Does anxiety cause the scrotum to contract and pull the testicles up?
