Benign cysts: An epididymal cyst is fluid-filled sac which grows at the top end of the testicle in the long, tightly coiled tube called epididymis. Cysts are benign (ie not caused by cancer). Usually in head of epididymis , may be one, bilateral, or multiple. Larger ones can be removed by a surgeon, especially if painful. Epididymal cysts usually not associated with infertility.
