Reaction every meal, activity, 3 days,red rash, splotchy, burning, tingly, fiberglass feeling, burning in nostrils and eyes. worse with exercise, why?

Allergic reaction?: A 39 year old male with an itchy, burning red rash in addition to burning sensation in nostrils and eyes, also worse with exercise. It is difficult to diagnose based on this brief history, however this could all be related to an allergic reaction.
