I'm taking citalopram and i just started taking prenatal vitamins. i want to get pregnant soon. should i stop taking citalopram?

Are you willing to expose the neonate to risk (not substantial likely but real including birth defects, serotonin discontinuation reaction at birth, possible emotional and psychological long-term problems)?
