Back mri shows many perineural cysts, spine doc says they're not touching nerves not to worry. how common are these?

5 percent: Some degree of peri neural cysts are seen in about 3-5 percent of lumbar MRI scans. They are often a symptomatic and as such in many cases are considered almost incidental findings. Meaning a finding seen on an imaging study that does not require treatment or further evaluation.
