A member asked:

Plz help me understand. what does it mean on my pathology report when it says that i have microgranuloma formation in my colon? what's next for me?

Not cancer: One thing it means is that it is not cancer. There is inflammation in your colon and more information is needed to ascertain the cause of inflammation. Crohns disease needs to be ruled out. Please note that treatments are available for most types of colonic inflammation. Do keep your appointments with your doctor for a complete evaluation.
