Urine for the last 6 months has been either neon yellow or dark orange, no pain until now..pelvic pain, pink pea sized tissue clot in urine. help plz?

Urine color: Get to a doc and have a urine test done to rule out urinary tract infection.

Maybe vitamin or not: The color change, by itself, would suggest a medicine or vitamin is the cause. But the pelvic pain and tissue clot are not related to that kind of change and might imply something is going on in your bladder (pelvic pain is almost never from the kidneys which are higher up and closer to your back, but something happening in your kidneys could be affecting your bladder). See your doctor, don't wait.
