See a doctor: 19 yo female with skin rash 2 weeks ago during a cold, now symptoms back with green mucus. A skin rash is common during a viral infection. However, if it has been 2 weeks, and now symptoms have returned or are worse, it could indicate a secondary bacterial infection - a sinus infection or bronchitis. Please see a primary care provider for further evaluation.
