Need an exam: Would like to give you advice but your question is too complicated for this Q & A box. There are various pelvic conditions that could cause pain with intercourse. Giving you a long list of causes won't be helpful. You need to have an abdominal and pelvic exam and if needed a pelvic ultrasound. Please see your physician.
