Unlikely: There's no typical pathway between an aneurysm and a sinus

My interpretation: Not sure what you imply by "symptomatic", as most unruptured brain aneurysms cause no overt symptoms and are merely found when MRI is done looking for explanations of migraines. In my experience, the aneurysm does not cause headaches until rupture, which can be deadly. Aneurysm NEVER causes sinus symptoms. Can a Concierge visit help?
