Exam: Stud are acute & generally short-lived infections of oil secreting glands of the eyelid. More chronically lasting bumps called chalazion, last longer and sometimes leave a chronic painless eyelid bump. These may require an incision and drainage procedure to eliminate the backed up/walled-off gland secretion. Yours seems to be lasting far too long and I'd advise an exam to evaluate it to b careful.
