Bleeding: Blood in the stool if the glass were to injure the GI tract Glass could potentially damage the upper respiratory tract, such as causing a laceration in the throat. That might cause sore throat and coughing up blood. If you are 2 days out with no problems I wouldn't worry. Glass is inert and will not be absorbed by the body. There is no 100% in medicine, but I think you will be fine.
