Most likely benign: Statistically this is by far more likely to represent a benign incidental finding on CT. In woman of reproductive age, this most commonly represents a hemorrhagic cyst that will resolve on its own. Since CT is suboptimal imaging modality in evaluation of female organs, further work up may include ultrasound to confirm benign etiology & occasionaly requires 6-12 week follow up to ensure resolution.
