Ive been having tension/cluster migraines. ive found that wasabi often helps to stop the headache... why is this, and what else could help?

Excedrin extrastreng: th. Works best if taken at onset of headache. Several other Rx available like Tryptans,but require expertise to administer. There's always the ER if the pain is unbearable or any neurologic signs appear. Try a cold wash rag to the forehead. Good luck
