Physical symptoms?: A good rule of thumb is to be cautious. Anytime there are physical symptoms whether or not you have anxiety, you should make sure there is not an underlying medical problem. Anxiety may cause physical sxs, but without knowing more about you, I'd err on the side of caution. Please ask your primary care physician to rule out anything potentially physical that may be wrong with you. Good luck!

Severe anxiety can: produce all these, and about 30 other Sx's. First, get a general physical to R/O other causes. If you get a clean bill of (physical) health, next ask for a referral to a mental health pro, specializing in anxiety and depression, or somatic disorders. We have lots of good treatments for these conditions. http://www.psychologyproductsandservices.com/page2.html
